The basics
You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. Items can be opened and used — we just ask that they come back in working condition, in the original packaging where possible, along with all included accessories.
You'll need your receipt or proof of purchase to start the return.
How to start a return
Email us at hello@tryaelor.com and we'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on where to send your package.
Please don't send items back before contacting us — returns without a request won't be accepted.
Damaged or wrong items
Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, email us right away and we'll make it right.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks and credit card companies can take a few extra days to post the refund on their end.
If 15 business days pass and you still haven't seen it, email hello@tryaelor.com and we'll sort it out.
